With reference to Mr. May's Des-
-patch No. 121 dated 19th. March, 1904, I have the honour
to transmit 6 copies of the Inspector of Schools' Report
for the year 1904 and at the same time to inform you of
the principal changes in Educational matters that have
taken place in the year that I have been in the Colony.
2.
A School for children of European
parentage on similar lines to that previously established
at Kowloon has been started in Victoria and has now 30
scholars. As with two or three exceptions the children are
under 12 years of age a curriculum has not yet been finally
settled.
3.
The Indian boys have been removed
from the Belilios Public School for Girls. Provision will
be made next year for giving instruction to them in Urdu.
